Minna =D konnichiwa “al salam alaikum” =)
Today we are goin to start the second lesson of learning Arabic . as the last lesson , I’ll give a new letter today and how to pronounce it and some words that included this letter
Plz don’t forget to download this file so u can train on writing the letters (u dnt need to download it if u did in the last lesson )
http://tutor.lootah.com/docs/level1.doc
Lesson 2 :
The second letter is (ب) (baa)… pronounced (ba)
As I mentioned in the last lesson, every letter pronunciation get different when we add vowels (fut ha , damma and kasra).
So, if we add “fut ha” to the letter “ba” it will be “baa” …if we add “damma” it will be “bu” and if we add “kasra” it will be “bi” … easy isn’t it =) you can check this site to know the difference if you got little confused
http://tutor.lootah.com/alpha.php?langid=01&catid=010102&sndpath=baa.mp3&swfpath=baa.swf&phonetic=Baa&f=level1.doc
The ways of writing the letter “baa” :
From the first of the word: its written like this (بــــ) like in the word (بـــاب) “baab” which means “door” memorize it well =)
In the middle of the word: its written like this (ــبــ) like in the word (مـبـتسم) “mobtasim” which means “smiling” =) memorize it well .
At the end of the word: its written like this (ـــب) like in the word (كتــب) “kotob” which means books ..dont forget it =)
It’s the end of the lesson for this week =) I wish its easy …if you have some problems in pronunciation please check the site above or you can contact me and ask me anytime =)
